SERVICES OFFERED
Music will be played in groups of pieces between which there may be short breaks at the discretion of Palm Court Cello. The performance times are as stated on the booking form
PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Please pay a deposit (non refundable) as shown on the booking form. This confirms the booking. The full amount should be paid no later than 30 calendar days after our performance.
Full costs will be required if cancellation is made by the client with less than 21 calendar days notice before the date of the engagement.
Illness or cancellation by PALM COURT CELLO
In the event of illness by Palm Court Cello every possible attempt will be made by Palm Court Cello to find alternative player/s. If none can be found Palm Court Cello will not be responsible for any costs or inconveniences resulting to the client but a full refund of the amount paid will be given.
FACILITIES
Please provide, in consultation with Palm Court Cello, suitable chairs and appropriate amount of performing space and an electric power source.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Palm Court Cello reserve the right to discontinue an engagement if in the opinion of Palm Court Cello any circumstances arise which in their opinion are not safe or may threaten to damage the instruments.
